Frozen Wolf, Fire Dragon

Synopsis

Frozen Wolf, Fire Dragon Chapter 111 has been released. As I trudge through knee-deep drifts of crystallized despair, the soft whisper of snowflakes against my skin serves only as a cruel reminder – our sanctuary lies just beyond reach. My younger brother, Kaito, eyes me warily, his furry ears twitching like a metronome marking the cadence of our desperation. We've been hiding in these woods for what feels like an eternity, dodging the calculating gaze of those we thought were friends. For in their twisted game of cat and mouse, my brother's true nature would make him a prize trophy, not a pampered pet. Our existence hangs precariously by a thread, as if fate itself has deemed us unworthy of comfort. Then, on a frigid winter's night, a shivering figure tumbles before us. Lifting her into my arms, I nurse her back to consciousness within the warmth of our makeshift shelter. A faint spark flickers to life behind her turquoise-hued irises – the same piercing hue I've seen in so many dark fairy tales. It takes but a moment to grasp the impossible truth: she is Little Red Riding Hood herself, her own identity slipping through her fingers like sand beneath icy winds. "Nothing... I don't remember," she whispers, the words laced with vulnerability and hurt. Yet even amidst such fragility, I sense something far more sinister lurking in shadows – forces that seek to exploit her newfound ignorance. They will come for her, drawn to the legend like moths to candle flames. And when they do, will it be Kaito and I standing strong against the tempest, protecting her until safe shores beckon, or will we falter beneath the crushing weight of uncertain allegiances? Only time will tell how deeply the blood-stained threads of destiny have bound us together.
