Record of Ragnarok Chapter 125 has been released. In the realm of the gods, a celestial council convenes every thousand years to deliberate on the fate of humanity. For centuries, the inhabitants of this world have ravaged their own planet, squabbling over petty differences and disregarding the delicate balance of the ecosystem. The gods, disillusioned with humanity's destructive tendencies, have grown tired of their existence. Under the wise and authoritative leadership of Zeus, the pantheon of deities from ancient Greece, Norse mythology, and Hinduism unite in a unanimous decision to bring an end to human history. However, a lone voice of dissent echoes through the halls of Olympus. Brunhilde, a fierce and enigmatic Valkyrie, proposes a radical alternative to the impending doom of humanity. Drawing upon the rich tapestry of mythological lore, Brunhilde suggests that rather than eradicating the human species, the gods engage in a one-on-one battle of wits and strength against the greatest champions of human history. This audacious proposal is met with a mixture of curiosity and amusement by the divine council, who see it as a mere formality - a foregone conclusion that will ultimately showcase the superiority of the gods. But Brunhilde's words strike a chord deep within the hearts of the gods. A spark of intrigue ignites within them, and they accept her proposal, driven by a desire to witness the spectacle of humanity's finest pitted against the divine. With the fate of humanity hanging precariously in the balance, Brunhilde embarks on a perilous quest to gather the greatest warriors, leaders, and visionaries from across the annals of human history. From the likes of Alexander the Great to the enigmatic Joan of Arc, each champion will be handpicked to represent the pinnacle of human achievement. As the stage is set for the ultimate showdown between gods and mortals, the world teeters on the precipice of a new era. Will humanity's greatest heroes be able to rise to the challenge and defy the expectations of the gods, or will the weight of their collective history prove too great to overcome? The Record of Ragnarok is a sweeping epic that delves into the very fabric of human existence, weaving a rich tapestry of mythology, action, and drama that will leave readers on the edge of their seats, eager to witness the unfolding drama of this apocalyptic showdown.
