Synopsis

As he walks, the postman navigates labyrinthine alleyways fraught with snarling packs of feral survivors and roving gangs with hunger-crazed gazes. They barely register him, too caught up in their own desperate struggles for survival. His daily route takes him past walls scrawled with fire-engine graffiti warning of impending dangers and stray messages summoning allies in forgotten communities. He delivers each letter and package with quiet efficiency, though some refuse to be claimed, discarded onto sidewalks like unwanted waste. On occasion, sealed letters bear ominous warnings addressed only to "those awaiting." Secrets whispered among those waiting. Silent testimonies cling to every building's cracked façade as structures crumble beneath relentless collapse, bearing weightless signs that read ' Livings Shelter' in cursive script below flailing wisps of moss clinging together torn-in scraps.
